12:45 PM Call time at BJHS (meet at truck in parking lot)*Note: Students are to eat lunch and be in uniform before they arrive at BJHS*
IMPORTANT: Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from BJHS.
12:50 PM Unload truck
1:15 PM Parking lot warm-up begins
2:23 PM at gate in gym
2:38 PM Perform
2:50 PM Re-load truck
3:15 PM Students at concessions/watch other groups in gym
3:58 PM All students in gym for awards (captains only in uniform for retreat)
5:00 PM All students meet at S9GS to unload truck.
5:30 PM Dismissal

*Students should bring cash with them to eat with.
*After awards, if a student wishes to ride home with their parents, please see Mr. Albert and provide him with a signed note before you leave.
Full uniform = Black top, black band bibbers, black socks, black marching band shoes.
Please bring SHS Drumline/Front Ensemble hoodie to wear outside.
